- Underwriting Service Specialist, your role is to ensure account service delivery meets and exceeds our customer's expectations.
- Underwriting Services Specialist utilizes customer service skills, established processes, and various software applications to achieve individual and unit targets and to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met.
Responsibilities
- Perform audit functions on client accounts.
- Serve as Lead for work distribution, problem solving/issue resolution or business process expert as needed
Requirements
- Required Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Insurance Designation preferred

- Demonstrated technical skills and insurance knowledge
