About the role
- We do not see patients in the office-our providers visit patients in their homes and senior living communities.
- Your main work will be coordinating care by phone, fax, and EMR.
- On those days, you will help greet and coordinate patients, communicate with nursing staff, follow up on orders, and ensure residents receive timely care.
Compensation
- This role is primarily office-based.

- 1-2 days per week, you will go onsite to one of our partnered senior living communities to support the provider.
- On those days, you will help greet and coordinate patients, communicate with nursing staff, follow up on orders, and ensure residents receive timely care.
