Responsibilities
- Drive Quality & Output: Translate creative direction into high-quality, shippable design work. You will maintain a consistently high bar for craft, taste, and cohesion.
- Design for Impact: Manage the full spectrum of production-from designing large-scale regional campaigns and product launches to maintaining our design systems.
- Bring a Point of View: Bring original perspective rather than defaulting to formulas. Stay current on culture, design trends, and emerging tools (including AI-powered workflows) to keep the brand fresh.
- Direct & Collaborate: Create concepts and storyboards to support larger initiatives.
- When needed, you will direct external partners-including illustrators, motion designers, and studios-making thoughtful decisions on when to execute personally vs. when to leverage outside talent.

- Motion design or animation
Requirements
- You have a proven ability to evolve an existing brand into a cohesive, recognizable system.
- Autonomy: The ability to operate independently and move work forward without constant oversight.
- Modern Fluency: Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative suite) and workflows, including AI-assisted creation.
