Requirements

  • Proven production experience building complex, distributed systems - ideally including durable workflow orchestration (Temporal or equivalent), message queues, or event-driven architectures.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate agentic design decisions, reliability trade-offs, and LLM behavior to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

  • 6+ years of professional backend development experience with expert-level mastery of Python (3.12+), async/await, FastAPI, and Pydantic v2.
  • Growth mindset, strong collaborative approach, genuine passion for mentoring others, and proven track record of delivering high-impact features end-to-end in fast-moving production environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred - equivalent experience, certifications, or demonstrated expertise with a strong production track record considered equally.

Compensation

  • $165k-$215k
