About the role
- The role will require interaction with internal data providers ensuring that the data is supplied in a timely manner, checking its consistency and accuracy and communicating any fundamental changes to the data.
- Collect and collate Firm level Aum and personnel data

Requirements
- Experience with MS Excel and SQL but not essential
- Ability to investigate and manipulate large amounts of data from various sources within strict deadlines

- The job holder may be required to perform other duties as deemed appropriate by their manager from time to time.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years related work experience
- RFP experience preferred but not essential.
- Bachelor's degree, Economics/Communications/English/Liberal Arts preferred
- some exposure to Economics or Finance courses or interest in the markets preferred but not required
- Knowledge of data visualization tools a plus, Power BI and Tableau

- The Global Consultant Database team supports new business and client service efforts of our Distribution groups that include services for institutional and retail clients and prospects.
- The Team supports the business efforts by maintaining investment databases, owning critical data sets used to answer RFPs, DDQs and client inquiries, and by building process efficiencies to provide high quality services to key stakeholders, clients and prospects.
- Additionally, the team maintains third party and consultant databases and works on ad hoc projects in support of the firm's overall sales, client service and marketing efforts.
