Responsibilities
- Drive customer awareness and excitement for new capabilities
- As the Bright Portal Product Owner, you will own the portal experience end-to-end:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- Strong team and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work and collaborate with team members both technically and functionally.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS product management, implementation, solutions engineering, or 3PL/supply chain operations
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or a related degree, with a minimum overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.0.
- 3+ years of experience developing, supporting, or implementing application software in any of the following areas: e-commerce, order management, inventory management, application integration, API's, and shipping.
- Hands-on expertise with supply chain or e-commerce software solutions is desired.
- Experience or interest in a software product management role.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation and a passion to learn.
