Responsibilities
- Maintain working knowledge of spa services, treatments, amenities, and retail products.
- Escort guests to waiting areas or treatment rooms and support retail purchases.
- Open and close the spa, reconcile daily sales, and maintain accurate guest and room account records.
- Support department meetings, review VIP lists, and prepare reports.
Requirements
- The position requires exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with spa leadership and other hotel departments to uphold service standards.
