Responsibilities
- Take that analysis and turn it into actionable requirements that can be handed over to the teams tasked with building and/or implementation.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes as updates are made.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
Requirements
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide teams with required input for implementation
- The ability to dig deep into the details of one product or process while keeping the big picture in mind
- Proficiency with process documentation and workflow mapping
- Extensive knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements
- Familiarity with contracting, agreements and DocuSign
Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this position is $70K - $80K base.
