Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Coordinator and the Construction
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical challenges on site, applying problem-solving skills to support efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
- Help track and manage changes and scope adjustments by documenting impacts on costs, schedules, and resources, and escalating risks as needed.
- Support the preparation of project upgrades, including estimates and documentation, for review and presentation to the client.
- Develop an understanding of energy performance measures and sustainability considerations prior to implementation.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience.
Requirements
- You are a motivated problem solver and proactive self-starter with early experience or strong interest in construction project management.
- Experience in HVAC or complex mechanical construction
- regional travel flexibility is required.

Compensation
- Competitive annual base salaries ranging from $100,000 - $135,000, with final compensation determined based on a candidate's experience, technical expertise, and skillset, as well as geographic location
