Responsibilities

  • Logistics support includes the development of program cost estimates, preparation, and delivery of printed or digital materials
  • Collaborate to arrange lodging and transportation OCONUS-based
  • The SNG portfolio receives shared services support from its parent company Seneca Holdings and is comprised of multiple companies that participate in the Small Business Administration 8(a) program.
  • DIILS is the lead U.S. Defense Security Cooperation resource for professional legal engagement with international military service members and related civilians.
  • The Program Support Coordinator provides support for mobile and/or virtual execution of congressionally-mandated Rule of Law training programs in two (2) specified Geographic Combatant Commands (GCC).

Requirements

  • Current Secret Security clearance or ability to attain a DoD Secret Security Clearance or interim prior to start.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
  • Experience with programs that required effective time management and organization skills to synchronize planning schedules for multiple projects.
  • Experience with taskings that required balancing risk, conduct analysis, and recommending solutions in an effective manner.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple lines of effort across multiple projects.
  • Experience with Defense Department security cooperation and building partnership capacity activities or commercial equivalent is desired.
