About the role

  • The successful candidate will bring strong utility execution experience, sound program judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a client-facing delivery environment with regular presence at client and field locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transmission and substation capital projects from planning through execution
  • Manage integrated project schedules, budgets, and risk profiles
  • Track project performance and drive corrective actions
  • Support executive reporting and program-level visibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related technical field required.
  • Experience Level: 12+ years of utility project management experience
  • Support multi-state project coordination as required

Nice to have

  • Strong background in transmission and substation programs
  • PMP certification required
  • Experience with Exelon-family utilities preferred (Pepco, ACE, DPL, PECO, BGE, ComEd)
  • Otherwise, Mid-Atlantic / Northeast utility experience preferred
  • Must reside within the DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, Delaware, or Baltimore footprint

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 annually. This range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting
  • actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base salary, the role includes eligibility for bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and a company 401(k) match.
