About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee the daily operations and long-term growth of CURE's patient grant and sponsorship initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a strong track record in revenue generation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead the day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and execution of patient grant and sponsorship initiatives.
Collaborate with Shared Services and SAP teams to ensure seamless program execution and delivery.
Drive long-term strategic initiatives that support sustainable, profitable growth.
Oversee CURE's positioning in the grants and sponsorship space, building and maintaining relationships with key supporters and opinion leaders.
Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, business development pipelines, and strategic account plans.
Proactively engage pharmaceutical and biotech partners to secure grants and sponsorships.
Design and execute business development strategies that align with revenue targets and market demands.
Identify and develop new grant-funded program opportunities across diverse therapeutic areas.
Lead the creation and submission of compelling grant proposals and budgets in collaboration with Shared Services.

advanced degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or non-profit sectors, with a focus on grants, sponsorships, or business development.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven track record of revenue generation and relationship development in a healthcare or life sciences setting.
Compensation Range:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
