About the role
- The Manufacturing Learning & Development Business Partner is responsible for leading site training and development programs that build workforce capability, support operational excellence, and drive employee engagement within a manufacturing environment.
- Leveraging a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, the position identifies capability gaps, implements learning solutions, and drives continuous improvement through effective technical, operational, and compliance training programs.
- This role is responsible for maintaining training systems, compliance requirements, and workforce readiness reporting to ensure employees possess the skills and certifications needed for success.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain training governance frameworks, certification programs, and skills development pathways that support operational excellence, technical competency, regulatory compliance, and succession planning.
- Oversee development and certification for technical roles, including electrical, mechanical, automation positions, leveraging external training partners and supporting internal talent pipelines while defining role-based training requirements, managing associated budget s, and tracking performance against established goals.
- Drive effective delivery of training and development programs through facilitation best practices t hat build workforce capability and support organizational objectives.

- Partnering closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams, this role develops and executes training initiatives that align with key business objectives, including safety, quality, service, productivity, and talent development.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, operational, or related field.
- Project management skills and ability to facilitate organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to align operational and people strategies to business objectives.
- W ork Environment
- This is a standard manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, hazardous materials, and heavy machinery in varying work and weather conditions.
- You may be required to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders.

Compensation
- $83,600.00 - $108,400.00
