About the role
- This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping crews supplied, maintaining equipment, and supporting overall jobsite productivity.
- The CDL Driver works closely with foremen and superintendents and is expected to operate with reliability, awareness, and accountability on every load.
Responsibilities
- Follow haul routes, jobsite directions, and production needs Equipment Operation & Support
- Operate water trucks for dust control and compaction support (if applicable)
- Support general jobsite needs when not actively hauling Safety & Compliance
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain clean and safe operation of assigned equipment Jobsite Coordination
- Maintain awareness of jobsite traffic, equipment, and conditions
Requirements
- Experience operating dump trucks, water trucks, or similar equipment
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety and awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
