- Position Details Slate Specialist Job Description: Reporting to the Associate Director of CRM Operations, the Slate Specialist ensures peak performance of the division's undergraduate instance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop, test, and maintain integrations between Slate, Workday, and other third-party systems.
- Manage cycle preparation and all connected functions such as query updates, integration updates, and portal updates.
- Collaborate with Operations team to coordinate automated and ad hoc communications, ensuring messages reach the right populations at the right time.
- Train staff and partners on Slate functionality, becoming a go-to expert for users.
- Develop and maintain Slate documentation, training, and guidance for divisional staff and end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of professional work experience with demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems, data management, business process, and project management
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Slate experience, proficient with deliver, queries, workflows, and events
