About the role

  • The Filler Operator is responsible to safely and efficiently package quality products in a manner that is consistent with HP Hood LLC standards.
  • Shift: Set 2 week schedule with 3 day weekend off every other week.
  • Alternating 3 or 4 day work weeks.12 Hour Shift Beginning at 6:00pm PM EST or 12 Hour Shift Beginning at 6:00pm AM EST.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all tasks and functions related to operating and cleaning filling equipment.
  • Submit work orders and maintain equipment.
  • Maintain communication with other plant team members.
  • Perform downstream operations in accordance with SOP's, policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to lift greater than 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Employment is subject to verification of an applicant's identity and eligibility for employment in the United States as required by immigration laws.

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Experience working with manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Exceptional interpersonal; and communication skills.
