About the role
- This position is responsible for identifying, attracting, and delivering qualified candidates to hiring managers to fill open technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job specifications and descriptions.
- Manage both internal and external candidate pipelines to ensure timely and effective hiring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business and 4 years' experience OR 8 years' experience.
- Recruitment experience in recruitment agency or corporate environment.
- Experience with one or more applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
- Ability to establish priorities in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to recruit and work with hiring managers remotely.
- Ability to act as counselor to hiring managers and candidates on staffing and other HR related issues.
- Experience working with Workday.
- Organizational, communication and problem-solving skills as well as sound judgment.
- Ability to work with other departments within HR and collaborate effectively.
- Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- High energy level and willingness to do whatever is needed to get job done.
- Demonstrated strength in project management and professional presentations.
- Background in the healthcare insurance industry
Compensation
- The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience.
- This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
- $55,900.00 - $123,500.00
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
- Base Pay Range
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and recommend appropriate salary and compensation structures.
