Assists in developing project technical approach for forensic investigations, such as defining appropriate analysis techniques, performing field investigations and testing, and executing technical work.
Writes, reviews, and revises technical and investigative reports to support forensic findings and prepare materials related to presentations.
Performs advanced structural analysis and calculations using computer models and analytical approaches.
Performs analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings and materials using various building codes.
Develops project plan and budget consistent with client needs, including staffing and resource needs. Coordinates preparation of proposals and /or contracts with the principal-in-charge.
Ensures that project undergoes standard quality assurance activities including design reviews, documentation, and design checks.
Collaborates with other Project Managers to ensure appropriate staffing.
Maintains and develops client relationships.

Requires 1 year of experience in Pursuing opportunities to expand relationships with project stakeholders of a similar career level beyond project work.
Monitors project staff and provides direction/quality control as required.

The rate for this position generally is $187,720 - $187,720 annually.
This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the California Pay Transparency Law.
Similar positions located outside of California will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by California Equal Pay Transparency Law.
Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law.
A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
