Responsibilities

  • Perform on-prem and SaaS cloud UiPath RPA platform installations, configuration, and level 3 incident support for Truist's Intelligent Automation program.
  • Lead and participate in rapid triage and resolution of escalated UiPath RPA platform and automated process problems.
  • Build and maintain innovative automation solutions for monitoring, metrics, program enablement, and insights.
  • Incorporate security controls and monitoring in support of company standards.
  • Lead moderately complex projects and participate in larger, more complex initiatives.
  • Leverage continuous engineering practices to deliver business value.
  • Provide automated monitoring capabilities, warranty support, and knowledge transfer to production support.
  • Implement user stories and tasks in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product Owner.
  • Perform UiPath RPA platform installations, configuration, and level 2 incident support for Truist's Intelligent Automation program.
  • Perform remediation tasks to address platform compliance issues.

  • Bachelor's Degree and four to seven years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience
  • In-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices
  • Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function
  • Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices
  • Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates. Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on configuration, administration, and use of the UiPath RPA platform including but not limited to SaaS Cloud admin, Orchestrator, Studio, Agent Builder, Maestro, Test Manager, Insights, Process Mining, attended/unattended robot service
  • Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information Systems thinker, growth mindset, customer-focused, innovative, curious, creative Understanding of banking business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function Hands-on experience with SCM tools like Azure DevOps, TFS, Git, and Gitlab

Nice to have

  • Hands-on configuration, administration, and troubleshooting Windows Servers, IIS, SQL, Active Directory
  • Proficiency with SQL database design and development (queries, stored procedures, data models)
  • Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.
  • Experience with data structures, algorithms, software design, analysis & debugging Experience with Open-Source tools and frameworks
  • Experience with cloud technologies like O365, Azure, and AWS
  • Understanding of SOA and/or Open API methodologies and service architectures
  • Banking or financial services experience
  • Hands-on RPA development techniques & requirements (business process automation) Hands-on configuration, administration, and use of VDIs via Nutanix, VSphere, or similar
