About the role
- Monitoring Operations Specialist Join our on-site Monitoring Operations team to help safeguard nationwide by using advanced surveillance technologies, responding to live events, and communicating with law enforcement and property managers.
- This role is based on our secure, climate-controlled Las Vegas operations center and offers a fast-paced, tech-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities
- Observe multiple live video feeds for abnormal or unsafe activity Provide immediate audio alerts in response to incidents Escalate situations to designated contacts as necessary Accurately record detailed incident notes Manage several computer screens and applications simultaneously Demonstrate professional focus, punctuality, and reliable attendance Report technical issues to IT support Qualifications and
