Responsibilities

  • The Contract Specialist role is a full-time offer and will support the NA Sales team.
  • The Contract Specialist will follow prepare and assist Sellers with the contractual documents needed to buy AVEVA products & services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of hands-on negotiating and administering commercial contracts experience.
  • Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment critical.
  • As such the ability to manage multiple priorities is required.
  • Must have the interpersonal skills to deal effectively with executive management and staff regarding Contract.
  • English Language proficiency - mandatory
  • Working experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Teams, Acrobat and DocuSign CLM.

  • Negotiation skills, including experience redlining and negotiating terms and conditions.

  • Covering other colleagues working in US during their absences.
  • Strong organizational skills, you will be able to establish priorities, meet deadlines and targets
  • Proactive, attention to detail and a strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
  • The person joining shall be comfortable using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
