About the role
- The Distribution Center Supervisor will oversee frontline associates while partnering closely with department leadership and cross-functional teams including Human Resources, Safety, Facilities, and Inventory Control.
Responsibilities
- DC Supervisors may support different departments based on business needs. Schedules may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak periods.
- Monitor team performance and support operational efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support a positive and professional team environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to obtain and maintain warehouse equipment certifications as required
Nice to have
- Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred
- Prior leadership or training experience is a plus
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
