Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repair on various types of assets, including drilling equipment.
  • Maintain all manuals and schematics of heavy equipment and assets.
  • Maintain accurate records and work order forms for all maintenance and repairs performed.

Requirements

  • Required work experience and
  • bending, crouching, reaching, climbing, and operating construction equipment are often required to complete tasks.
  • hearing protection may be required for certain tasks.

Skills

  • The ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics is a must.
  • Proficient in fabricating and welding, demonstrating strong technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Water treatment and Dewatering experience with the ability to demonstrate the process is an essential requirement.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues related to hydraulic pumps and components on Soilmec drilling rigs.
  • Ability to operate Soilmec track mounted drilling rigs and familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to rig operations.
  • A motivated and hardworking individual with good verbal communication skills is essential.
  • Forklift and skid steer operators' licenses.
  • First Aid & CPR/AED Certified.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to rig operations.
