About the role

  • This role is critical to daily production and process validation activities within our weld cells.
  • The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable following precise instructions in a process‑driven manufacturing environment.
  • Manufacturing/production area: Periodic exposure to high noise from operating equipment, moving mechanical parts, nuisance dust, and common industrial chemicals used in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Run multiple parts per build and support weld validation activities.
  • Technicians in this role will operate weld cells, perform manual setup and alignment, inspect parts, collect data, and work closely with Process Engineers to support weld validation and continuous improvement.
  • Support basic troubleshooting within the defined technician scope; escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Requirements

  • Appropriate PPE is provided and required where applicable.
  • The employee is required to stand, walk, reach, grasp, or move objects as part of normal manufacturing activities.

Nice to have

  • Experience operating automated or semi‑automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Exposure to welding, laser processing, or precision manufacturing.
  • Experience in collecting and presenting production or test data.
  • Internal CelLink operators with demonstrated performance and reliability.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
