Responsibilities
- Provide safe and efficient production support (hand-stacking, case packing, housekeeping, product conveying, reclaim).
- Set up packaging coders and validate product codes.
- Perform equipment adjustments using hand tools.
- Perform environmental controls and product reclaim/rework.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain clean work areas.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Nice to have
- Strong math and computer skills (SAP a plus).
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Work in noisy, hot, cold, wet, or humid environments.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, stair climbing.
- Manual dexterity, gripping, squeezing, and fine manipulation.
- Visual acuity and ability to distinguish colors.
Skills
- Critical thinker with data analysis skills.
Compensation
- Pay Range: $23.36 – $24.86/hour
