Responsibilities
- As Content Marketing Lead, you will own TabaPay's content and organic social strategy.
- Your work will strengthen TabaPay's industry authority and support measurable qualified inbound growth.
- This is a senior individual contributor role. You will set priorities, build repeatable processes, and have the opportunity to grow into managing a team as the content program expands.
- Build and manage an integrated editorial and distribution calendar across the blog, website, social channels, research, events, and campaigns.
- Lead the executive LinkedIn program, beginning with Rodney and Meeta and expanding to Manoj and Tim.
- Develop the company's organic social strategy, editorial cadence, and channel-specific distribution approach.
- You will set priorities, build repeatable processes, and have the opportunity to grow into managing a team as the content program expands.
- Partner with web, demand generation, and analytics colleagues to improve organic conversion and connect content to qualified inbound opportunities.
- Build a practical measurement dashboard and use findings to refine the editorial roadmap.
- Lead the flagship industry report, from editorial concept and research plan through production and distribution.

Compensation
- The compensation for this position is $130,000 for candidates living in and around the San Francisco Bay Area.
