- Required Education and/or Experience:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution
- At least five years of academic experience, including teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities
- Proven ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders
- Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Strong understanding of the rapidly evolving technology landscape and the future of Computer and Information Science education.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote an inclusive learning environment and actively work to improve student retention and graduation rates
- Support academic advising efforts and student engagement with school-sponsored extracurricular activities such as clubs, hackathons, and internships
- Monitor and evaluate student satisfaction with academic programs and implement strategies for continuous improvement
