About the role

Augments quality functions: assurance (QA), control (QC), inspection (QI), and optimization of industrial operations units to ensure products meet regulatory, customer and internal standards.
This position reports to the Director of Quality.
Champion a "zero defect" culture in leadership, manufacturing, supply chain, safety and engineering.

Our core competencies include systems engineering, program management, logistics, production support, aircraft maintenance, and aviation/aerospace services.
Establish, maintain and monitor plant compliance with industry-specific standards such as ISO 9001:2015/2026, AS9100D/IA9100, AS9102, ISO 17025 and NADCAP.
Develop metrics for initiatives based on KPIs (First Pass Yield, Defects Per Unit, Scrap, Rejection, Rework, Delivery in Full on Time) using methodologies, e.g. Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC.
Essential Job Functions: Quality Strategy & Leadership: "Train the Trainers", implement and monitor the plant's quality plan aligned with site performance goals and SIOP/BD.
Regulatory Compliance: Establish, maintain and monitor plant compliance with industry-specific standards such as ISO 9001:2015/2026, AS9100D/IA9100, AS9102, ISO 17025 and NADCAP.
Continuous Improvement: Develop metrics for initiatives based on KPIs (First Pass Yield, Defects Per Unit, Scrap, Rejection, Rework, Delivery in Full on Time) using methodologies, e.g. Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical/STEM discipline (Masters preferred) 10-15 years' experience in manufacturing quality with at least 4-6 years in management role

software proficiency in QMS, Statistical Process Control (SPC), ERP, MS/Office 365 Suite Preferred
