- The Materials Specialist will focus on supporting the manufacturing team's commercial preparation.
- The successful candidate will possess a passion for medical device operations/supply chain with a record of successful management of multiple products.

Responsibilities
- Performs daily routine tasks: receives, stores, labeling, kitting, picks, packs, ships and/or distribute materials.
- Maintain MIN MAX and ROP for production material and manage to ensure no production part shortages.
- Performs an initial quality check on incoming items.
- Manage BOM and inventory, performing regular cycle counts to ensure accurate part counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Collaborate with production teams to fulfill material transfer requests and support manufacturing schedules.
- Manage incoming and outgoing material shipments for offsite storage.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to lift fifty-five (20) pounds.
Nice to have
- Experience with Propel Quality system.
- Experience with NetSuite system.
- Experience in a start-up environment
- Experience creating, setting up, and/or managing inventory systems.
- Experience with packaging and shipping of products

- The starting hourly rate for this role is between $35-$40 / hour depending on experience.

- The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location.
