Responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents
Requirements
- Demonstrating proficiency in property management and CRM software for managing prospect information, resident details, tasks, and follow-ups.
- The ability to work well in a team setting
Nice to have
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Leasing and/or sales experience is highly preferred!
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager, Rent Café, and CRM is preferred.
