Build and execute scalable growth strategies, including expansion into new geographies, therapy areas, and client segments
Lead and influence complex, high-value RFPs and strategic pursuits, ensuring compelling, differentiated positioning
Leverage deep industry expertise and network to proactively originate opportunities and build senior-level client relationships
Partner cross-functionally across client services, scientific strategy, marketing, and executive leadership to drive integrated solutions and cross-sell opportunities
Mentor and influence internal teams to align around growth priorities and deliver against revenue targets

You are a senior Med Comms leader with a strong reputation for driving growth and building lasting client partnerships

Executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to position value at the C-suite level
Experience working across integrated offerings, including alignment with advertising, digital, media, and data capabilities

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.

You combine scientific credibility with commercial instincts and can confidently engage senior stakeholders across medical, commercial, and procurement functions
You are both strategic and hands-on, able to lead vision while actively driving execution
Own and drive business development for Medical Communications across the U.S. and global markets, with accountability for top-line revenue growth
Identify, shape, and convert high-value opportunities across PME, medical affairs, publications, and integrated scientific communications
Represent Real Chemistry externally, elevating our Medical Communications presence through industry engagement, thought leadership, and executive client interactions
15+ years of experience, with the majority within Medical Communications agencies, including meaningful exposure to PME and medical affairs
