About the role
- The Regional Director of Training is responsible for the development, coordination, supervision, and delivery of training programs in the Southern Region.
- Today, we serve more than 40,000 children, youth and families annually at about 60 different program sites in California.

Responsibilities
- Additionally, the Training Director builds and maintains relationships with County staff, universities, and other organizations to assess training needs, secure qualified trainers, and develop joint training initiatives.

- maintaining accurate records of all staff training and attendance; regularly delivering training sessions to both groups and individuals; and creating opportunities to host trainings for other professionals or collaborate with external organizations.

Compensation

- Education: A bachelor's degree in a mental health field is required; a master's degree is highly preferred.
