About the role

  • This role directs the planning and execution of global training programs for the operation of aerial, maritime, ground, and cyber platforms.
  • Oversees the development of technical manuals, documentation, and instructional materials for classroom and distance learning environments.
  • Supervises the delivery of on-the-job and classroom training sessions at government and contractor sites worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • The position supports operational readiness, resource integration, mission effectiveness, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and security requirements.
  • Coordinates with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and linguistic experts to deliver tailored training to partner nations in their native languages.

Requirements

  • Evaluates training effectiveness for complex systems like C2IE and JOPT to ensure operator and maintainer proficiency.
  • Work at various sites, both CONUS and OCONUS, with travel as required.

Skills

  • Reports on training milestones and the technical readiness of personnel to operate and posture logistics tools against identified threats.
  • Skill Level Requirements - SME
