About the role

We specialize in making products that target players who have a passion for casino games.
Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Technician will conduct installation, servicing, and preventative maintenance of Eclipse Gaming Systems' slot machines in their assigned territory.
Respond promptly to incident tickets and work orders with a 'fix first time' approach whether in person or by phone.

Perform installations and theme/game changes, perform preventative maintenance, and perform all other general service duties.
Diagnose hardware & software problems on all EGS products and perform repair procedures as appropriate.
Document all work as appropriate, ensuring all work details are captured accurately.
Read, understand and implement job specifications accurately on time and within budget.

This is a customer (casino) facing role and will be required to represent Eclipse Gaming Systems in a professional manner at all times and have the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and with written materials.
Candidates must be able to travel within their assigned territory and occasionally to other territories.
Other ad-hoc duties as required by team management, Skills and Expertise 2-5 years of experience working with Windows-based machines.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in various States / Casinos.
