Responsibilities
- VTC Facilitator provides daily operations support for all video teleconference (VTC) systems and facility operations across the CASCOM enterprise at Fort Lee, Virginia.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study
- OR Eight (8) or more years of related experience in lieu of degree
Nice to have
- Cisco Video Collaboration certifications (e.g.,
- 24-hour acknowledge, 48-72 hour resolution
