About the role

  • CharterUP is seeking an early career Data Analyst to join our Finance BI team, someone eager to tackle data challenges and assist in meeting the reporting and analytics needs of teams throughout the organization.
  • This role's deliverables will have a high impact, with visibility to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will guide business strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Planning for the Future: Long-term financial planning support. U.S.: 401(k) plan. International: region-specific savings programs where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
  • Masters must be in one of the following fields: Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Data Science, Quantitative Finance, Computational Finance, or Finance Engineering

Nice to have

  • Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and transformation techniques.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights to diverse audiences.
  • Wonderlic Assessment
  • 1+ years industry experience as Data Analyst
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Choose a Mac or PC, plus monitor, keyboard, and mouse to hit the ground running.

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $75,000 USD
