About the role

  • About Bitdeer: Bitdeer is a world-leading technology company for AI and Bitcoin mining infrastructure.
  • You will be based in Clarington, Ohio and spend most of your time at our upcoming Site here, and will travel to Massillon as needed.
  • Then, once our Site is beginning construction in Weathersfield Township, you will need to travel there as needed as well.

Nice to have

  • Enforce Bitdeer's asset control requirements on project and construction teams, and check compliance through regular site walk-downs and audits.
  • Receive, inspect and secure capital equipment and high-value IT hardware on arrival
  • raise and follow up damage, shortage and overage claims.
  • Tag and register assets correctly against the asset hierarchy, so they flow into the capital asset record.
  • Run cycle counts, investigate variances and reconciliation.
  • Apply export control handling requirements to controlled hardware, including screening checks and records, working with Legal and Internal Compliance teams.
  • Make sure each project hands over cleanly to the site teams, checking the handover package against HQ documentation requirements and contract deliverables.
  • Escalate non-compliance promptly to site leadership and Asset Management.
