About the role
- The company began commercial shipments of its Mainspring Linear Generators in 2020 and today has hundreds of megawatts in advanced development and field operations for leading Fortune 500 companies, data centers, and utilities.
- The O&M Analyst / Planner is responsible for maintaining work orders, transacting parts, managing scheduling workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of FSM functionality and data integrity.
- The O&M Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for our Field Service Management system, playing a key role in future tool optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
- equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, operations coordination, maintenance planning, field service, supply chain, or related operational roles
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed operations and field service organizations
Nice to have
- Experience within distributed energy, power generation, utilities, industrial services, manufacturing, or maintenance operations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Other CMMS, ERP, or field service management platforms
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or workflow redesign initiatives.
- Familiarity with inventory management and parts transactions.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, and work management systems including:
- Salesforce Lightning
