Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians and subcontractors on industrial construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in an industrial construction setting.
- Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment, including meters, testing devices, and power tools.
Compensation
- $38k-$41k
