- Proudly a Bargaining Unit Position with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers The Opportunity: As a Regional Mobilization Manager (RMM), you are the tactical engine of the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage the office infrastructure for the region, ensuring materials are organized and ready for deployment.
- Staff Management & Coaching Partner with the ROD to manage the Field Organizer (FO) team, providing day-to-day guidance, troubleshooting, and motivation.
- Help lead daily stand-ups or check-ins with FOs to set priorities and remove blockers.
- Digital & Relational Organizing Implement digital organizing tactics within the region, ensuring offline organizing is amplified online.
- Drive relational organizing goals (e.g., friend-to-friend outreach) within volunteer teams, ensuring it is integrated into every event.
- You succeed by working as a team, stepping up to support teammates, and sharing knowledge freely.
- You build strong relationships by treating everyone with kindness, dignity, and trust.
- You communicate openly and honestly to build trust and alignment.
- During the upcoming election cycle, WisDems will drive massive programs to hold Republicans accountable, elect progressive candidates up and down the ballot, and work to build volunteer-led coalitions for the long term.

Requirements
- Growth & Adaptability: You are dedicated to continuous improvement and challenge yourself to learn and adapt.
- You are proactive in setting clear expectations, sharing the "why" behind decisions, and providing timely updates to ensure the right people have the information they need.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Votebuilder (VAN) and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Experience managing independent volunteer leadership or working with the neighborhood team model.
- Experience training other organizers or volunteers.
- Familiarity with Wisconsin political geography or community connections.
- In order to be successful at the Democratic Party of Wisconsin candidates must have the cultural competence to successfully work with a diverse array of constituency groups.

- Job Responsibilities: Tactical Execution & Operations Assist in driving the daily implementation of the region's field plan for the portion of the region you are responsible for, ensuring Field Organizers have the resources, turf, and data they need to meet their goals.
- Oversee the logistics for regional days of action, canvass launches, and high-traffic voter contact events.
- Monitor daily and weekly metrics for your assigned turf, identifying gaps in performance and intervening early to get the team back on track.
- Volunteer Leadership Development Work directly with Neighborhood Action Teams to identify, recruit, and train volunteer leaders.
- Move volunteers up the "Ladder of Engagement," turning consistent canvassers or first-time volunteers into Staging Location Directors, recruitment captains, and overall Team Leadership.
- Foster a community of belonging within volunteer teams, ensuring retention through the campaign cycle and beyond.
- Model best practices in the field, frequently canvassing alongside FOs and volunteers to provide real-time feedback and training.
