About the role
- To provide quality service, we need top-of-the-line employees.
- This role is seasonal and only active when snow or ice events occur.
- You'll oversee snowplow operators and laborers, make sure roads stay safe, and may also operate equipment when needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain basic reports and ensure safety compliance
Requirements
- Travel may be required for out-of-town work - paid travel, hotel, and per diem are provided.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record - no serious violations or multiple accidents within the past 5 years.
Nice to have
- Valid CDL Class A or B (preferred)
- 2+ years of snow removal experience
- leadership experience a plus.
