About the role

  • This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Support special projects, vendor implementations, or process improvement efforts as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation

  • This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role.
  • Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
  • Total Cash Compensation Range: $26.92 - $33.65 per hour

  • The Associate Benefits Partner supports the delivery of core benefits operations through accurate data management, standardized process execution, and timely employee and stakeholder support.

  • Full-time employees accrue 20 days of PTO for a full calendar year annually, with an increase to 25 days after five years of service.
  • Execute day-to-day benefits processes: enrollments, qualifying life events, dependent verification, status changes, terminations, COBRA administration, and eligibility updates.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries on benefits programs, policies, enrollment, payroll deductions, and vendor processes within established SLAs.
  • Partner with HR Operations (HRIS, Payroll, Central HR Ops) and vendors to resolve routine benefits issues.
  • Support benefits-related onboarding and off-boarding activities.
  • Track and escalate complex or non-standard issues to Benefits Partners or senior team members as appropriate.
