Responsibilities
- Utilization of effective selling techniques and marketing strategies to create and expand product understanding and appropriate patient identification are also a must.
- The ABM will demonstrate initiative, drive, independence, and take ownership for meeting and exceeding individual business goals.
- In Specialty Care, you'll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.
- Develop and utilize a business plan aligned with marketing strategies through territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration and customer insights (updated quarterly).
- Complete all fleet safety training and maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents and incidents.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree from an accredited school required.
- Attend training sessions as required and conventions and symposia, as necessary.

- Working knowledge of and familiarity with the hospital and cancer center environment preferred.
- Safely driving a company car to daily meetings and appointments is required

Compensation
- $125,250.00 - $208,750.00
- All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
- The Oncology Area Business Manager (ABM) is accountable for achieving annual sales objectives for the Manhattan territory through the development, maintenance and enhancement of key customer relationships.
