About the role
- 🚨 We're Hiring CNC Operators! 🚨 Looking for your next opportunity in manufacturing?
- We're currently hiring experienced CNC Machinists/ Operators to join our growing team, located at any of our 3 locations listed below.
- Do you enjoy working with advanced machining equipment, maintaining tight tolerances, and ensuring every part meets customer specifications?
Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment concerns
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- Experience operating CNC mills
- Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain-controlled CNC machines is considered an asset
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
- Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong understanding of machining practices and quality requirements
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs and work in a manufacturing environment
- Monitor machine performance and make offsets as required
Nice to have
- 2-5 years of CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
