About the role
- This position is based in McGregor, TX (Waco area).
Responsibilities
- Direct the development and issuance of engineering drawings, design documentation, and technical reports for aerospace, industrial, and commercial infrastructure projects
- Lead the preparation, negotiation, and management of construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines, from initial award through final close-out
- Drive the real-time resolution of complex design and construction conflicts in the field, ensuring minimal impact to schedule and cost
- Lead coordination efforts with electrical utility providers on design and engineering activities to ensure reliable and resilient power delivery to critical site infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or other engineering discipline
- 2+ years of professional experience with the design or build of MEP building systems
- 1+ years of leadership experience leading teams, projects, or people

- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Must be able to travel to other SpaceX sites as needed (up to 25%)
