Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Business Systems Analyst - Plan to Make & Warehousing!

Work with the business and product partners from cross-functional initiatives to support the business processes related to Supply Chain and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth enabled by tech solutions
Accountable for maintaining integrations within SAP PP & IM/EWM module s, supporting ecosystems and overseeing batch schedules working with 3rd party offshore support teams and/or Vendor support teams
Document and diagram existing system and business processes and analyze for more efficient methods
Coordinate and perform use case tests, end-user reviews and post-implementation support
Deliver orientation and training to end users for new capabilities, enhancements and projects including writing documentation
Provide production support and research application incidents working with developers, end-users, and the Application support team
Assist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers, business leads, and Application support team to ensure delivery of prioritized requests in a timely manner

Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
3+ years of functional SAP experience in PP & IM/EWM, ideally in a CPG/Manufacturing business
Knowledge of APIs and other integration methodologies
Enhancement & production management experience
Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Technical knowledge of SAP PP & IM/EWM required.
Experience with MES systems a plus
Experience supporting SAP IDoc-based integrations, including monitoring, reprocessing, and issue resolution a plus

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
Certain positions may be eligible for short-term and long-term incentive rewards.
$71,500 - $89,400
