Responsibilities

  • ​​Work with the business and product partners from cross-functional initiatives to support the business processes related to Supply Chain and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth enabled by tech solutions
  • ​​Accountable for maintaining integrations within SAP PP & IM/EWM module s, supporting ecosystems and overseeing batch schedules working with 3rd party offshore support teams and/or Vendor support teams
  • ​​Document and diagram existing system and business processes and analyze for more efficient methods
  • ​​Coordinate and perform use case tests, end-user reviews and post-implementation support
  • ​​Deliver orientation and training to end users for new capabilities, enhancements and projects including writing documentation
  • ​​Provide production support and research application incidents working with developers, end-users, and the Application support team
  • ​​Assist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers, business leads, and Application support team to ensure delivery of prioritized requests in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools​
  • ​​Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
  • ​​Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • ​​3+ years of functional SAP experience in PP & IM/EWM, ideally in a CPG/Manufacturing business
  • ​​Knowledge of APIs and other integration methodologies
  • ​​Enhancement & production management experience
  • Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Nice to have

  • ​​Technical knowledge of SAP PP & IM/EWM required.
  • Experience with MES systems a plus
  • ​​ Experience supporting SAP IDoc-based integrations, including monitoring, reprocessing, and issue resolution a plus

Compensation

  • The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
  • Certain positions may be eligible for short-term and long-term incentive rewards.
  • $71,500 - $89,400
