Responsibilities
- Lead and support technology consulting engagements across digital transformation, technology strategy, systems implementation, data, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and related areas.
- Manage defined project workstreams, including work planning, task coordination, progress monitoring, risk management, and the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Design future-state processes, technology solutions, target operating models, implementation roadmaps, governance structures, and performance measures.
- Lead or support system implementation and transformation activities, including planning, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, change readiness, and post-implementation support.
- Manage project governance activities, including status reporting, risk and issue management, decision tracking, resource coordination, and stakeholder communications.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and communicate confidently with project teams, managers, senior leaders, vendors, and technical specialists.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to gather requirements, validate findings, and build alignment around proposed solutions.
- Lead the documentation and validation of business, functional, technical, data, and user requirements.
- Support technology selection activities, including market scans, vendor assessments, requests for proposal, requirements evaluation, and solution comparisons.
- Develop clear, concise, and executive-ready presentations, reports, process maps, requirements documents, business cases, and implementation plans.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, systems implementation, technology strategy, project delivery, data, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of technology-enabled business transformation and the relationship between business needs, processes, data, people, and technology.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business, functional, technical, data, or user requirements.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Experience assessing systems, processes, data flows, integrations, controls, technology capabilities, or operating models.
- Experience supporting or leading technology selection, systems implementation, digital transformation, data, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience coaching, supporting, or providing direction to junior team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, or project management applications is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience leading project workstreams or coordinating teams in a consulting, technology, or complex corporate environment.
- Ability to develop persuasive, professional, and executive-ready presentations, reports, business cases, requirements documents, and other client deliverables.
- Strong facilitation, written communication, and verbal presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with business, technical, vendor, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgement, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and ownership.

- Post-Graduate degree, MBA, or other relevant designations strongly preferred.

Compensation
- Salary range is $100,000-$130,000 CAD
- Salary ranges are designed to be competitive.
- Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience and is subject to negotiation and subject to the candidate meeting the specific requirements or the role.
- Exceptional candidates may be considered above the top of the range, and pay can increase quickly for those who make a big impact in the role.
