Collaborate with internal search and evaluation, research, development, and financial leaders on assessments of external assets that are candidates for BD transactions such as M&A, licensing Lead commercial due diligence tailored to stage of development and size of transactions.

Compensation Overview: Princeton - NJ - US: $202,030 - $244,810 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis.

Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
