About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily flow of communications requests to ensure the timely dissemination of critical information to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain multi-channel communications (i.e., Slack, Outlook, intranet, etc.)
  • Develop communications plans to enhance the team member experience
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the company ensuring targeted communications are streamlined effectively and efficiently
  • Manage approval process for team members seeking speaking opportunities both internally and externally
  • Manage approval process for team members seeking speaking opportunities both internally and externally; assist in team member preparation for speaking opportunities
  • Ability to build positive relationships with partners and peers at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Journalism/Communications/Media Relations, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years public relations/media relations experience
  • Experience with internal communications and events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, and Canva
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools and workflows

Compensation

  • $34.00 - $36.00 Per Hour + Bonus
