Requires a capacity to handle emotionally charged situations and maintain professional boundaries.
Supervise and support individuals in care, maintaining safety and program structure.
Perform safety checks and document observations accurately.

Bachelor's degree required (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field).
QMAP, First Aid, and CPR required.
Requires fine motor skills required for precise clinical procedures.
Obtain vital signs at required intervals (including every 2 hours).

Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
crisis setting experience preferred.
Certain programs may require a valid Class "S" driver's license, as defined by Colorado state transportation regulations.
Must meet qualifications outlined in 6 CCR 1011-1 Chapter 07, which sets standards for Assisted Living Residences in Colorado, including staffing, resident care, medication administration, and facility operations.

$3/hour Awake Overnight Differential
$1-$2.50/hour Differential for Secondary Language or Spanish/ASL secondary language

Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.
